BSA hears Portuguese architect Manuel Aires Mateus speak at the Royal Academy of Arts, 20.04.17

What stood out in particular was one project in which the firm had devised a composite double spiral stair in retaliation to building regulations. A smaller tighter spiral stair – for those who are stressed or in a rush – sits within a larger looser stair, so-called the ‘lover’s stair’.

BSA visit The Walkie Talkie

On the 3rd of July, BSA went to visit the Sky Garden on the 35th floor of the 20 Fenchurch Street.
