Each year the Serpentine Gallery in London’s Hyde Park builds a new Summer pavilion, each designed by a famous international Architect. This week we visited the latest, designed by Herzog & de Meuron and Ai Weiwei. It features a roof with a reflecting pool on top, and an undercroft made from Portuguese cork.
